Windy conditions are expected today! Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be possible, with the strongest gusts expected across southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa. These strong winds in addition to the dry conditions may result in elevated fire conditions west of the Mississippi River. Be sure to secure any loose outdoor items and take extra caution with any outdoor burning today!
